'Alte Bürger 198' just 5 minutes' walk to the 'New Harbour' ('Neuen
Hafen’).
On 69m²
(approx. 750 square feet), the apartment accommodates two people in the
bedroom and two more in the living room on the Hide-a-bed couch.
Furthermore, there is space for an extra bunk bed.
The shower, set level with the floor, is accessible to persons with
disabilities.
The tastefully decorated and well laid-out eat-in kitchen is equipped
with a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffeemaker, in addition to the
standard appliances.
Bedroom and living room are equipped with television sets. The bedroom
has a VCR with an assortment of films, and the living room is equipped
with a HiFi stereo.
The apartment is conveniently located, very quiet, and terrace and
garden will ensure a pleasant stay. Also, all windows in the apartment
are outfitted with electric shutters.
